Jarod Willison, Beloved Young Resident of East Palestine, OH, Passes Away at Age 25, Leaving Family and Community in Mourning
Jarod Willison of East Palestine, Ohio, peacefully passed away on April 13th, 2026, at the age of 25, leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories and deep connections with family and friends.
Born on January 12th, 2001, in Washington Court House, Ohio, Jarod was surrounded by love throughout life and was admired for the warmth and joy brought to those around them.
Jarod is survived by their parents, Lester Willison Jr. and Holly Leonard; siblings Ashley, Elizabeth Willison, Robert Stephens Jr., and Andrew Stephens; grandparents Beverly Barnhart, Phyllis Smith, Bob and Trudy Nolder, John and Darlene Kirkpatrick; and 11 nieces and nephews.
The community has expressed condolences online, with heartfelt messages celebrating Jarod's kindness and the positive impact they had on everyone they met.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 20th, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Care Funeral & Cremation Service – Martin Chapel in Calcutta, Ohio. A funeral service will follow from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location, where family, friends, and community members will honor Jarod’s life.
